Easy Store ("we", "us") operates this website as an authorized channel partner of du. This policy explains what personal information we collect through easystoretelecom.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We aim to follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

What we collect

• Enquiries and call-back requests: your name, mobile number, email address if you give one, and your message.
• Orders: your name, mobile number, email address, emirate and delivery address, plus the plan or device you chose and its price at the time.
• Job applications: your name, contact details, covering note and the CV you upload.
• Technical information: the IP address a form was submitted from, which we keep to prevent abuse of our forms.

What we use it for

• To call or write back about your enquiry or order.
• To arrange the du service or device you asked for. Activating a du service requires identity documents (such as your Emirates ID); we handle those with you directly in store or on delivery - this website does not collect them.
• To consider your job application.
• To keep our forms safe from spam and abuse.

What we do not do

• We take no payments on this website and never ask for card details online. Payment happens in store or on delivery.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

Who we share it with

• du (EITC): the details needed to activate a service or complete an order you placed.
• Service providers: the hosting provider that runs this website and our email delivery. They process data for us, not for themselves.
• Authorities: if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and orders are kept for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. CVs for unsuccessful applications are deleted within six months unless you ask us to keep yours on file.

Cookies

This site sets only the essential cookies it needs to work - a session cookie and a security token that protects forms. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Links and embeds

The contact page embeds a Google map, and we offer a WhatsApp chat link. Google and WhatsApp have their own privacy policies that apply when you use those services.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need it. Write to info@easystore.ae and we will respond as soon as we can.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and its effective date.
